Seasoning Rooms

Impianti Industriali Frigotecnica realizes several kinds of seasoning rooms in respect of product character in the most important processing phase

In salami-process, it is possible to use ventilated plants by air-tratment units or static evaporators, commonly used in long seasonig time processes

In milk or cheese processes, in addition to the classical ventilated rooms, with roof-level evaporators and ground-level heaters, we can realize double-cycle plants. These are equipped with air-treatment units able to give cold or warm airflow in both up and down direction. By this way the best resut in air uniformity and temperature homogeneity is given.
